Our Victorian property was originally built in 1862 and now offers elegant accommodation in 4 guest rooms. All the rooms offer spectacular sea views, great for a romantic getaway or spontaneous break by the sea. All the rooms include a smart TV, en suite facilities, toiletries, hair dryer and fresh milk.
Lighthouse Room: Relax in the comfort of a king-sized bed with a sumptuous pillow-topped mattress and enjoy views of the lighthouse or look out across the fields to the historic Lloyds Signal Station and the rugged cliffs of Pen Olver. This room also features a cosy sitting area with a sofa and smart TV, a luxurious roll-top bath and a stylish en suite shower room.

Pen Olver Room: This room blends traditional English charm with a modern touch, featuring twin beds that can be joined to create a luxurious super king bed. Enjoy stunning views of the lighthouse, the village and across Housel Bay to the Lloyds Signal Station.
The Sunset Room: The Sunset Room, our smallest yet full of character, is styled in a bright, modern palette of pink and copper tones. The room features a stylish copper-framed double bed, a cosy window seat and lovely views of the sea and sunsets beyond.
The Atlantic Room: A cosy, French-inspired room featuring a king-sized bed and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the iconic Lighthouse.
Breakfast is served at individual tables in our bright, sunny dining room, where you can enjoy a selection of cereals, fresh fruit salad, yogurt and fruit juices alongside a variety of cooked options. We take pride in using local and homemade ingredients whenever possible, our sausages, bacon, hogs pudding and free-range eggs come from a trusted local butcher, while our breads, jams and marmalades are all made in-house. If you have any special dietary requirements, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
The area is a walker’s paradise, home to fantastic cliffs and striking coves. The famous beauty spots of Kynance and Cadgwith Coves are within walking distance.
